Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Meerut. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, conducting sales pitches, and building relationships with small business owners. Additional responsibilities include market analysis, reporting sales activities, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance sales efforts. Qualifications - Experience in sales management, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of identifying potential clients and closing sales deals - Ability to perform market analysis and report on sales activities - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Experience in the financial or lending industry is a plus - Ability to work independently and with a team
