We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to our overall sales strategy.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the market.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and opportunities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
