Requirements Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies across multiple channels to accelerate sales and revenue. - Identify, plan, and implement new market expansion opportunities, including partnerships and strategic collaborations. - Lead and analyze product-led growth initiatives to enhance customer engagement and conversion. - Design and manage growth marketing campaigns focused on performance, customer acquisition, and retention. - Collaborate with product and marketing teams to improve user journeys and drive measurable business outcomes. - Use data and insights to optimize marketing and sales funnels, from lead generation to conversion. - Track, analyze, and report key growth metrics, identifying trends and improvement areas. - Develop and execute strategic plans for sustainable business growth, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. - Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance brand presence and market share. - Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends and growth opportunities. - Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for growth initiatives, ensuring ROI optimization. - Experiment with innovative approaches — A/B testing, referral programs, and new channels — to continuously refine growth strategies. What Makes You a Great Fit - Minimum of 4 years of experience in growth management, marketing, or business development roles. - Proven track record in driving sales growth and achieving measurable business outcomes. - Strong understanding of growth marketing strategies and product-led growth frameworks. - Expertise in strategic planning, execution, and performance tracking for growth initiatives. - Experience in market expansion and business scaling across diverse customer segments. - Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable insights. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. - Creative and innovative thinker who can challenge conventional approaches to growth. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with an entrepreneurial mindset. - Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms is an advantage.
