Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Growth Marketing Manager. The role involves designing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to fuel growth, analyzing performance metrics using marketing analytics and web analytics, and leading projects to optimize campaigns. The Growth Marketing Manager will also plan and implement marketing automation strategies to improve customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. Qualifications - Proficiency in Growth Marketing strategies and techniques - Strong skills in Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics, with the ability to derive actionable insights - Experience in Project Management for coordinating and overseeing marketing initiatives - Expertise in implementing Marketing Automation technologies and processes - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset - Exceptional communication and collaboration skills - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred - Prior experience in health, wellness, or nutrition industries is a strong bonus
