Job Description This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to build scalable growth engines and steer the business into its next phase of expansion. Growth, Strategy and Operations Develop and execute growth strategies across digital and offline channels Drive performance marketing (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) to optimize CAC and LTV Lead SEO, email, referral, and influencer programs to boost user acquisition and retention Build and manage growth dashboards to track key metrics and campaign ROI Run experiments to improve funnel conversions and uncover new growth levers Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Content teams for integrated growth initiatives The Successful Applicant 7-15 years of experience in growth marketing, or strategy roles Experience working in a high-growth start up or digital product company Proven track record of driving measurable growth in B2B/B2C digital-first businesses Deep understanding of marketing funnels, performance channels, and experimentation frameworks Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, HubSpot, or similar Ability to balance creative ideation with data-backed decision-making Experience in leading and scaling teams Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
