Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an L&D Trainer based in Bengaluru. The L&D Trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions, designing training programs, and assessing employee development needs. The role includes conducting coaching sessions, organizing workshops, and supporting the HR team in development initiatives. The trainer will play a pivotal role in enhancing employee skills and promoting continuous learning within the organization.
key Responsibility
Conduct training programs for outlet staff, including induction, SOP training, and on-the-job coaching
Deliver operational, product, and behavioral training to ensure service excellence
Develop and update training materials (manuals, SOPs, simulations) as per brand standards
Monitor training effectiveness and provide feedback to improve employee performance
Support store openings by training new teams and ensuring compliance with operational standards
Collaborate with operations and HR teams to identify training needs and drive capability building
Maintain training records and generate reports on training completion and performance outcomes
