- Manage scheduling, appointments, meetings, and daily calendars proactively.
- Assist HNI/VIP clients, coordinate orders, reservations, and travel arrangements.
- Handle calls, emails, correspondence, and maintain confidential records.
- Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and monitor project timelines.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and contractors for procurement and maintenance.
- Conduct research, develop briefs, and support the Chairman in decision-making.
- Act as a liaison between the Chairman, employees, and external stakeholders.
