Job Description:
eShipz isseeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Mid-Category Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, specifically within the courier and logistics sector, and possess a deep understanding of the market in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships across different linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the courier and logistics space. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their shipping and logistics needs and providing tailored solutions. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. Use this knowledge to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Conduct compelling sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition of our services. Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the operations, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market insights.
Language Fluency: Leverage fluency in Kannada, Tamil, and English to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
Filed Visit: Open to visit industrial areas and IT Park
Qualifications:
Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of total professional experience, with at least 2.5 years in sales within the courier, express, or logistics industry.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Mandatory fluency in Kannada, Tamil, and English
Strong understanding of the logistics and supply chain ecosystem in South India.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM softwareMicrosoft Office Suite.
Field Visit , visiting industrial areas and IT park
