Tender Roles (Tender Manager & Tender Associate)

Salary: 25,000 45,000 per month (based on experience)

Role Overview:
The Tender Manager and Tender Associate will be responsible for preparing and submitting technical and commercial bids, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and coordinating with internal stakeholders. The roles demand strong documentation skills, attention to detail, and experience with procurement platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and track tender opportunities
- Analyze tender documents for compliance and eligibility
- Prepare and submit tenders on platforms such as GeM and SAP Ariba
- Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Finance, Legal, and Technical
- Develop pricing strategies and accurate cost estimates
- Maintain records of submitted tenders and outcomes
- Build and manage professional relationships with clients and vendors
Qualifications:
Tender Associate
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tender or bid management
- Hands-on knowledge of GeM Portal, SAP Ariba, and MS Office
- Prior experience in the chemical or industrial B2B sector preferred
Tender Manager
- 25 years of experience in tendering/proposals
- Strong leadership, coordination, and documentation skills
- Familiarity with bid securities, bank guarantees, and compliance procedures
- Proven track record of successful bid management
Business Development Executive (BDE)

Salary: 25,000 40,000 per month (based on experience)
Experience: 35 years in B2B sales (preferably in chemical/industrial sector)
Role Overview:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and expanding market presence in the chemical sector. The role requires strong sales acumen, communication skills, and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue, profit, and market share across domestic and international accounts
- Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and competitive advantages
- Manage Indiamart and TradeIndia accounts for lead generation
- Collaborate with product teams on production forecasts and timelines
- Oversee import/export business logistics
- Conduct client meetings for business development and technical discussions
Qualifications:
- MBA with a minimum of 2 years of chemical B2B sales experience
- Bachelor's degree required (B.Sc. Chemistry / B.Tech Chemical / Mechanical)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital business platforms
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
