About the role...

Our Commercial Planning and Revenue Growth Management solutions are helping organizations move from executive dash-boarding to a collaborative, analytic insights driven platform for alignment of cross-functional plans, initiatives, and resources to changing market needs. As a product manager you will be required to dream big, design product vision and roadmap, manage stakeholders requirements, understand the features to be added in the product, prioritize the features development, manage backlog and interact with the development business integration team.The person will be responsible for the success of the product.

Integrate models for Pricing, Promotions, Assortment, Marketing Planning and New Product Introduction (Time Series/AI-ML/Custom) optimization within the product. Ensure the code is scalable, performant and adheres to best practices. Understand business; identify areas of improvement opportunities; collect and analyze data; build models in Python/PySpark.

What you ll do for us...

- Work with the product team to deliver Pricing, Promotions, Assortment, Marketing New Product Introduction product features and custom requirements to customer implementation teams.
- Participate in requirements and design discussion with technical and functional team of the customer implementation
- Integrate the technical solutions with the product - forecasting models (time series, AI/ML), scripts, big data integration.
- Understand o9 platform s data model (table structures, linkages, optimal designs) for designing various planning use cases.
- Adhere to process and TAT times to fulfill requirements and fix bugs, document issues and track progress at resolving issues.
- Continuous development of RGM product by bringing the solutions developed for customer implementation into the product.
- Support to ensure successful delivery of o9 projects

What you will bring...

- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Implementation and Business Analysis with a Master s Degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, Information Management, Supply Chain Engineering, Integrated Manufacturing Systems Engineering, or related fields with a concentration in operations or analytics.
- Excellent understanding of the Pricing, Promotion, Assortment planning and optimization domain and business applications
- Experience in applied analytical methods in the field of Revenue Growth Management, like Promotion planning, Price planning, Assortment Planning, New Product Introduction and optimization of all , broad understanding of demand forecasting and management, market intelligence. Knowledge of statistical and machine learning algorithms is an added advantage.
- Experience working within Cloud, SaaS, AI/ML applications.
- Programming skills and experience in using Python and/or R. PySpark is an added advantage.
- Strong presentation and communications skills
- A good leader who can communicate the project plans and status of projects effectively
- A self-motivated person who can work calmly under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and influencing skills with proven ability to take initiative
- You thrive in a fast paced, challenging environment, where you work on a lot of white space features and problem solving is at the heart of what drives your analysis
