Role Overview: As a B2B Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of our travel & events vertical. You will own the full sales cyclefrom lead generation and prospecting to closing deals and managing long-term accounts. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and acquire new corporate clients across travel, MICE, and events. - Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through networking, cold outreach, and industry partnerships. - Present tailored solutions to clients, addressing their corporate travel/event needs. - Manage end-to-end sales cycle including negotiations and contract closure. - Collaborate with operations and delivery teams to ensure seamless client experience. - Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - 26 years of proven B2B Sales experience in Travel, Events, Hospitality, or MICE industry. - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Proficiency with CRM tools, lead generation platforms (e.g., Lusha, Apollo), and data-driven sales. - Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and outcome-focused mindset.
