Role Overview

As an Associate Customer Experience Manager, youll oversee operations for 45 hostels/properties, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction. Youll lead teams, streamline processes, and handle escalations to maintain service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations: housekeeping, food, repairs, Wi-Fi, laundry, hostel management.
- Lead and motivate wardens & blue-collar staff (team size: 1520).
- Maintain discipline, records, and process compliance.
- Achieve a Customer Satisfaction Score of 4+/5.
- Train and develop team members for professional growth.
- Handle customer and operational escalations efficiently.
