What will you do

- Manage operations across services such as Housekeeping, Food, Repair & Maintenance, Wi-Fi, Laundry, and Hostel Management (45 properties/hostels).
- Lead and motivate teams, including Caretakers, Wardens (12), and Blue-Collared Staff (15 20).
- Ensure discipline, documentation, and record-keeping through proper registers and sheets.
- Maintain a Customer Satisfaction Score of 4+ (out of 5) across services.
- Drive process compliance (internal and external).
- Focus on training and development, enabling team growth both professionally and personally.
- Handle escalations related to day-to-day operations effectively.
