As a Senior Operations Manager, you will oversee the coordination of sales and design processes with franchise owners and their teams.
Your responsibilities include managing sales funnels to achieve higher conversion rates, designing 12 to 15 projects per month, and overseeing work output for five stores.
You will also assist in hiring IDs through technical interviews and train designers to meet predictable sales and design targets.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for customer experience and relationship management, as well as collaborating with category teams and cross-functional teams to gather market feedback.
Additionally, you will manage the performance of the design and site delivery team, guiding and coordinating with vendors and business partners throughout project completion.
Job Requirements:
- A degree in Architecture or Interior Design and a post-graduation in Project Management/Construction Management from a reputable institution is preferred.
- A minimum of five years of experience in the building construction industry is required.
- Proficiency in individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs is essential.
- Technical skills and experience in adopting digital initiatives are highly valued.
- The ability to work under pressure without compromising quality and customer satisfaction is crucial.
- Independence and adaptability are also key qualities for success in this role.
