Job Title: Sales Business Development Associate
About the Role:
We are seeking a Sales Business Development Associate to join our team. As a Sales Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Hire new partners to associate with us to bring in new customers.
- Train all partners to enable them to use our products effectively.
- Liaise between us and our partners to ensure they are productive and meeting their targets.
- Deliver on business goals as set by us through our partners.
- Liaise with operations teams to ensure all processes are adhered to.
- Handle all retail products across our portfolio, including health, property, and motor.
- Identify, communicate, and agree on premium targets with point of sale (POS) teams.
- Ensure regular connect with pending leads/references.
- Keep updating on all products and solutions by regularly attending training and reading.
Key Qualifications & Competencies:
- Experience: 1 year and above in agency sales.
- Preferred from insurance and broking industry.
- Good communication skills in regional language.
- Relationship building/management skills.
Location: Bangalore, Udupi, Gulbarga, Hassan, Belgaum.
