Role Description This is a full-time, Hybrid role for a Business Development Executive located in Ranchi. Key responsibilities: 1. Proactively identify and connect with potential clients on LinkedIn to generate leads and build a pipeline. 2. Engage with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to build relationships and drive business opportunities. 3. Regularly follow up with leads to keep the conversation active and move them through the sales funnel. 4. Ensure timely responses to inquiries and maintain consistent communication. 5. Personalize outreach emails/messages to resonate with the specific needs of prospects. 6. Qualify leads and set up meetings or calls for the sales team. 7. Track all interactions with prospects in the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records. Qualifications 1. Candidates from ICSE or CBSE academic background 2. Must be based in Ranchi or willing to relocate 3. Should have strong communication skills (verbal and written) 4. Organised, self-motivated, and eager to learn
