Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Performance Incentives

We're on the lookout for a motivated and process-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing EdTech team. If you're passionate about sales, eager to learn, and ready to grow in a structured environment – we want to hear from you

What You'll Do

- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective leads
- Schedule product demos and ensure timely follow-ups
- Maintain CRM with accurate lead and sales data
- Own the complete sales pipeline from lead to closure
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
- Consistently follow up to drive conversions
- Interact with senior decision-makers and negotiate deals
- Stick to structured processes, systems, and reporting

What We're Looking For

- 2–5 years of sales experience (EdTech preferred)
- Fluent in English and Tamil (both written and spoken)
- Strong experience with CRM tools and sales systems
- Highly trainable, process-oriented, and disciplined
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
