Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Performance Incentives

We're on the lookout for a motivated and process-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing EdTech team. If you're passionate about sales, eager to learn, and ready to grow in a structured environment – we want to hear from you

 What You'll Do
  • Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective leads
  • Schedule product demos and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Maintain CRM with accurate lead and sales data
  • Own the complete sales pipeline from lead to closure
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
  • Consistently follow up to drive conversions
  • Interact with senior decision-makers and negotiate deals
  • Stick to structured processes, systems, and reporting
  What We're Looking For
  • 2–5 years of sales experience (EdTech preferred)
  • Fluent in English and Tamil (both written and spoken)
  • Strong experience with CRM tools and sales systems
  • Highly trainable, process-oriented, and disciplined
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
