
Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive to generate qualified leads and drive new business opportunities in the US, Europe, and India markets. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and experience in B2B lead generation, cold calling, and sales outreach.

Key Responsibilities:· Conduct outbound calls, emails, and outreach to generate leads and schedule appointments with decision-makers.
· Research and identify potential customers in the target markets (US/Europe/India).
· Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects using CRM tools.
· Qualify leads based on target criteria and hand them off to senior sales/account executives.
· Work closely with marketing to execute campaigns and follow up on inbound leads.
· Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs and targets.
· Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
Key Skills & Requirements:· 1–3 years of experience in international inside sales or lead generation (preferably in B2B/IT/ITES sectors).
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
· Comfortable working across different time zones (US/Europe/India).
· Proven experience with cold calling, email campaigns, and outreach.
· Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, etc.
· Strong interpersonal skills and a result-oriented mindset.
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
