Job Description Inside Sales Account Representative (Full-Cycle | IT Sales | High Incentives) We're Hiring: Inside Sales Account Rep and Closers Who Want to Win About Us Dharmakit Networks is a global IT solutions company delivering website development, SaaS platforms, digital marketing, and AI-powered services worldwide. Our mission is to transform ideas into scalable, impactful digital solutions. We are expanding our inside sales team and seeking experienced Account Reps who can manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, with speed and accountability. Role Overview This is a full-time probation role for ambitious sales professionals. You will: - Identify & target SMBs, startups, and enterprises needing IT/digital solutions. - Generate leads via LinkedIn, email, CRM tools, and networking. - Pitch productized IT services in a consultative sales style. - Close deals within one call / same day and secure upfront payments. - Maintain pipeline, CRM hygiene, and hit daily/weekly/monthly KPIs. Key Responsibilities - Prospect and qualify leads in IT services, SaaS, and digital marketing. - Conduct consultative inside sales presentations (video calls, phone, email). - Build relationships while handling negotiations, proposals, and objections. - Close deals with upfront collections (new sales, renewals, upsells). - Achieve daily stretch target and monthly goal. - Report KPIs daily and comply with the 3-strike policy system. Ideal Candidate - 25 years of inside sales / account rep experience (IT, SaaS, or agency). - Strong consultative selling & account management skills. - Proven B2B revenue generation track record. - Excellent communication & persuasion (English + Hindi). - Comfortable with strict KPIs, probation, and performance-first culture. - Must be available to join immediately (before Oct 1, 2025). What We Offer - Probation: Fixed Pay (KPI-based) + 812% commission (uncapped). - High Earning Potential: 1L+ per month for consistent performers. - Post-Probation: Higher base + performance incentives. - Culture: Startup pace, merit-based rewards, zero tolerance for non-performance. Important Note This is a performance-first inside sales role. Candidates unable to meet KPIs or revenue targets during probation will be discontinued under the 3-strike policy.
