Global Large Deals team This role will primarily focus on managing various workstreams to support various functions for large deals such as governance reporting and incentive processing to name a few Overview The Program Manager is a multi-faceted role responsible for supporting end-to-end governance for large deals right from coordinating for qualifying a deal to ensuring all reviews are done in due time They will track a deal lifecycle from end-to-end and will ensure regular reporting of all deals to senior leadership They will orchestrate internal discussions to ensure the deal goes through efficiently and effectively Job Responsibilities Include Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for day-to-day tasks Establishment of councils and steering committees for strategic goals identified Program structure and governance setup monitoring Regular reporting e g Quarterly Business Reviews with Leadership to ensure timely progress Creation of automated portals platforms dashboards etc for regular reporting Data lake creation and management of historic data for trend analysis Knowledge sharing session for best practices and strategies for deal wins Pod allocation and support for live deals Basic Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in program management of cross-country cross-function programs Proven expertise in MS Excel MS Powerpoint Proven expertise in creation of automated reporting dashboards Preferred Skills Managing programs dealing with organizational and business process transformations and large-scale initiatives Structure and design of programs including but not limited to cadence stakeholders review committees reporting structure etc Strong data analysis skills to gather actionable insights Strong management of stakeholders sponsors and customer CXO executives Led large diverse project teams in driving multiple org-wide programs across functions End-to-end change management post-implementation of programs Assists with developing team operational metrics and procedures Demonstrated ability to motivate and drive team performance Excellent project management and process About NTT DATA NTT DATA is a 30
