About Our Client Our client is a fast-growing tech-enabled outsourcing platform that blends AI with human expertise to transform customer experience They provide end-to-end solutions such as tele calling sales and customer support helping consumer brands across industries improve efficiency reduce costs and scale growth Partnerships Sales ManagerLocation Sec 3 NoidaExperience 2 - 8 YearsQualification Graduate MBA preferredAbout the role This role focuses on building and scaling strategic partnerships with system integrators BPOs and consulting firms to drive adoption of our clients AI solutions in customer experience The person will identify onboard and manage partners enabling co-selling co-marketing and joint go-to-market initiatives across industries like BFSI e-commerce telecom and edtech Success in the role means turning partnerships into a powerful growth engine that expands their market reach and revenue Responsibilities - Develop and execute Company s partnerships strategy with system integrators SIs BPOs and consulting firms to drive AI adoption in customer experience processes - Identify onboard and manage strategic partners to scale AI transformation initiatives across consumer brands in sectors like BFSI e-commerce telecom and edtech - Design and implement co-selling co-marketing and joint GTM programs with partners - Collaborate cross-functionally with product sales and marketing teams to align partnership initiatives with company objectives - Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics to optimize strategies and ensure mutual success Requirements - 2-8 years of experience in partnerships alliances or business development roles - Proven track record of establishing and scaling partnerships that drive revenue and strategic value - Strong understanding of AI applications in sales and customer support processes - Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills - Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision - Experience in creating and managing partnership programs from the ground up ref updazz com
