We are seeking aTalent Acquisition Specialistto join our growing recruiting agency in Mumbai. This is a fast-paced role where you will manage theend-to-end recruitment processacross industries including technology, finance, operations, marketing, and creative. Youll be responsible forsourcing, screening, and hiring top talentwhile building strong pipelines for current and future roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage thefull recruitment lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing offers
- Build and maintaintalent pipelinesfor recurring and niche roles
- Source candidates throughLinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Partner with clients and internal teams to understandhiring requirementsand deliver within timelines
- Negotiate offers and support smooth onboarding
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems

Requirements

- 13 years of experience intalent acquisition, recruitment, or HR hiring(agency or in-house)
- Proven ability to source and recruit candidates across functions and industries
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship management skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles at once
- Based in Mumbai |Immediate joiner preferred
