Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees. The role involves sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the employer branding. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process and support organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills
- Experience with Employer Branding
- Proficiency in Interviewing and Recruiting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the manufacturing, defence, energy, or real estate sectors is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
