Position Captain Department F B Service Key Responsibilities Team Leadership Guest Interaction Efficiency Quality Control Sales and Upselling Documentation and Reporting Position Steward Key Responsibilities Cleaning Sanitation Stocking Organization Support to Service Team Waste Management Position Restaurant manager Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency Monitor staffing levels ensuring proper scheduling to meet demand Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards Lead by example in providing exceptional guest experiences Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner Ensure all guests receive prompt friendly and professional service Supervise train and evaluate the performance of the service team including captains stewards and other staff members Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews Foster a positive and collaborative working environment Monitor and manage the restaurant s budget ensuring cost control and profitability Handle cash process payments and ensure financial procedures are followed Analyze sales data and adjust operations to meet revenue and cost goals Oversee inventory management for food beverages and restaurant supplies Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective ordering Perform regular stock audits and ensure waste management processes are followed Work with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events or marketing campaigns Monitor guest feedback and trends to improve service offerings and maintain competitive pricing Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Education Diploma Preferred Experience total work 3 years Preferred Work Location In person
