**Job Description: F&B Captain / Sr. F&B Captain**
As an F&B Captain, you will oversee the daily operations of assigned sections within the casino's Food & Beverage department. Your role will include supervising service staff, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, and contributing to an exceptional guest experience in alignment with the casino's luxury and entertainment atmosphere.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.Operational Supervision**:
- Manage daily operations of assigned F&B sections, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Oversee staff performance, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor the setup and cleanliness of service areas.
**2.** **Customer Service**:
- Ensure timely and courteous service to all guests.
- Address and resolve guest complaints and feedback promptly.
- Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by creating a welcoming and engaging environment.
**3.** **Team Leadership**:
- Train and mentor service staff on standard operating procedures and customer service excellence.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate service expectations and operational updates.
- Coordinate with the team to handle peak hours efficiently.
**4.** **Compliance & Quality Control**:
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing standards.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and portion consistency.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage special requests and dietary requirements.
**5.** **Inventory & Reporting**:
- Managing inventory and stock levels to avoid shortages.
- Should have good knowledge of maintaining bar inventory and preparation of daily inventory reports.
- Ensure proper handling of equipment and supplies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, service feedback, and operational issues.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- At least 5 years in F&B service, including 1+ year in a supervisory role. Previous experience in casinos or luxury hospitality is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, menu items, and service standards.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Passionate about providing outstanding guest experiences.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
