Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant and dining areas Ensure smooth food and beverage service as per resort standards Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through prompt courteous and professional service Guide and train service staff assist in scheduling and shift management Handle guest complaints calmly and professionally resolve issues efficiently Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service Monitor hygiene grooming and service standards across the F B service team Assist in inventory control and requisition of supplies Ensure billing procedures and POS entries are accurately followed Key Requirements Minimum 4 years of experience as F B Captain or Team Leader in a reputed hotel resort Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred Strong leadership interpersonal and communication skills Good knowledge of F B service standards and customer service Familiar with North East culture and hospitality practices is a plus Must be willing to work in shifts weekends and holidays Fluency in English and Hindi knowledge of local languages Khasi Assamese is an advantage IMPORTANT NOTE Applications will be accepted ONLY from candidates residing in Meghalaya and Assam Candidates from outside these states will not be considered Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
