Senior Steward

The Senior Steward oversees and coordinates the stewarding team to ensure all kitchen and F B service areas within the casino are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness hygiene and efficiency This role supports smooth operations across multiple outlets restaurants and gaming-floor service points ensuring seamless guest experience and compliance with health and safety regulations Key Responsibilities Supervise stewarding staff across casino kitchens banquets and gaming-floor F B service areas Ensure cleanliness sanitation and organization of kitchen equipment utensils crockery cutlery and storage areas Monitor and maintain dishwashing operations and stewarding equipment Maintain proper stock and usage of cleaning supplies chemicals and tools in line with casino standards Enforce hygiene HACCP and food safety protocols in all back-of-house areas Coordinate with chefs bartenders and service staff to ensure timely availability of clean and sanitized equipment Support large-scale banquets events and casino promotions with stewarding requirements Train and supervise new stewarding team members to maintain operational excellence Report maintenance and safety issues promptly to engineering maintenance Monitor waste management recycling and eco-friendly cleaning practices Ensure team discipline punctuality grooming and adherence to company policies Qualifications Skills 3 years of stewarding experience in a high-volume casino hotel or resort at least 1 year in a supervisory role Strong knowledge of hygiene sanitation and HACCP standards Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced 24 7 casino environment Good communication and leadership skills Experience handling large-scale banquets buffets and multi-outlet operations preferred Physically fit and able to work long shifts nights weekends and holidays Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 16 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Application Question s Are you familiar with sanitation and hygiene standards required in casino gaming areas and F B outlets Are you comfortable working in rotating shifts including nights weekends and holidays Have you used inventory management or stock tracking systems for cleaning supplies or crockery Experience stewarding 1 year Required Language English Hindi Preferred Location Panaji Goa Preferred Work Location In person
