Dishwashing Clean dishes glassware utensils and kitchen equipment according to hygiene standards Kitchen Cleanliness Assist in maintaining cleanliness in kitchen and storage areas including sweeping mopping and sanitizing surfaces Assisting Senior Steward Work closely with senior stewards to ensure tasks are completed efficiently including helping in training new staff Trash Disposal Ensure trash is regularly removed from kitchen areas and disposed of in a sanitary manner Assist with Inventory Assist with the organization of utensils and kitchen supplies ensure proper stock rotation Waste Management Assist in proper disposal of food waste and recycling Equipment Maintenance Report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment to senior stewards for repair Supporting Kitchen Team Assist with other kitchen tasks as directed by senior kitchen staff or the senior steward such as food prep and restocking Health Safety Compliance Adhere to health and safety regulations ensuring all sanitation and cleanliness standards are maintained at all times Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 12 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Provident Fund Work Location In person
