Excellent knowledge of business operations, supply chain, best practices, technology & standards. Responsibilities - Overall responsibility for pre-sales (solution selling) to Large & SMB enterprises - Excellent knowledge of AIDC, Enterprise mobility, RFID, sensors, and systems integration - Expertise in business process review, site surveys, systems analysis & design - Provide consultative solutions & applications for large & complex SCM projects - Draft detailed Technical Proposal, Commercial Proposal, SRS, User Manuals - Engage with project teams for value proposition & solution presentations - Coordinate for successful PoC, project roll out, implementation & go live - Collaborate with internal & external teams for project success - Ensure timely customer response & satisfaction
