Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager - HL - LAP - BT - BP - DSA Connector, located in Chennai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, acquiring new clients, and ensuring the growth of the bank's loan portfolio. The day-to-day tasks include handling home loans, loan against property, balance transfer, business promotion, and coordinating with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs). The role also involves cross-selling banking products and providing exceptional customer service to meet clients' financial needs. Qualifications - Experience in managing customer relationships and acquiring new clients - Knowledge of home loans, loan against property, and balance transfer - Skills in business promotion and coordination with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) - Strong sales and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field - Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
