Mizuho Global Services Pvt Ltd (MGS) is a subsidiary company of Mizuho Bank, Ltd, which is one of the largest banks or so called Mega Banks of Japan. MGS was established in the year 2020 as part of Mizuhos long-term strategy of creating a captive global processing center for remotely handling banking and IT related operations of Mizuho Banks domestic and overseas offices and Mizuhos group companies across the globe.

Position: Global Help desk Support
Must-Have Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills with a clear, professional English, suitable for international project engagements
- Demonstrated experience in help desk support, including ticket tracking using G-Base software (Mainframe) and the PEGA system
- Solid background in technical support and issue resolution
- Strong troubleshooting abilities for both software and hardware-related concerns
- Proficiency in documenting and managing support tickets effectively
- Ability to assist end users with a wide range of technical issues
Qualifications & Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in help desk support
- Familiarity with G-Base software (Mainframe) and the PEGA system is highly desirable
- Business-level proficiency in English
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Access
