We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Executive to join our International Call Center team in Edapally, Kochi, Kerala. You will engage directly with customers via phone, educate them about our products/services, and help them improve their online presence. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally. Explain product offerings, pricing, and answer customer queries. Upsell additional products/services to maximize customer value. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and product delivery. Maintain accurate daily records in our tracking system.
