Job Title Sales Manager Business Development Manager - Channel Sales CCTV Security SolutionsLocation Onsite Experience 2-5 YearsRole Overview We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager Business Development Manager to spearhead sales growth and channel partner expansion in the CCTV electronics or security solutions sector This role demands proven expertise in channel sales B2B lead generation and relationship management with distributors dealers and system integrators The ideal candidate will consistently achieve revenue targets while ensuring strong market presence and brand visibility in the assigned territory Key Responsibilities Channel Partner Development Management- Identify onboard and nurture new channel partners distributors and dealers- Strengthen relationships with existing partners to maximize profitability and loyaltySales Planning Target Achievement- Develop and execute territory-wise sales plans aligned with company objectives- Consistently achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets- Generate B2B leads in sectors such as retail education manufacturing and governmentMarket Product Engagement- Conduct product presentations demonstrations and training for partners and clients- Monitor competitor activities pricing and market trends to refine sales strategies- Ensure brand visibility and effective merchandising in the assigned regionOperational Coordination Reporting- Collaborate with logistics service and marketing teams for smooth order fulfilment- Prepare and submit sales reports forecasts and market insights to managementCore Skill Set - Channel partner management and distributor relationship building- Strong knowledge of CCTV security products and electronics sales- Strategic sales planning and execution- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft OfficePreferred Qualifications - Graduate in any discipline Engineering or Technical background preferred - 2-5 years of experience in CCTV electronics security industry sales- Prior experience with brands in the CCTV security domain is highly preferredMust-Have Criteria - 2-5 years of proven experience in channel sales within CCTV electronics or the security industry- Strong expertise in B2B lead generation and target achievement- Hands-on experience in partner onboarding relationship management and sales planning- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office ref updazz com
