Who We AreAt Kyndryl we design build manage and modernize the mission-critical technology systems that the world depends on every day So why work at Kyndryl We are always moving forward - always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable inclusive world for our employees our customers and our communities The RoleWe are seeking an experienced and visionary User Experience Leader to drive the design and enhancement of the Kyndryl Win Coach platform powered by Highspot The ideal candidate will possess a deep expertise in user-centered design a proven track record of delivering innovative and effective design solutions and a passion for creating intuitive seamless and engaging user experiences In this role you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure that our platform not only meets user needs but also aligns with our strategic business goals Key Responsibilities Lead User Experience Design Define and implement the user experience strategy across the Kyndryl Win Coach platform ensuring a consistent and user-friendly design language Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with product management engineering and other stakeholders to design and implement solutions that elevate the overall user experience User Research and Analysis Conduct comprehensive UX research to understand user personas workflows and interactions translating insights into actionable design improvements Innovative Design Solutions Develop and conceptualize original design ideas that simplify complex processes ensuring an intuitive user-system interaction with a strong visual design focus Iterative Design Process Employ a user-centric approach to design integrating rapid testing feedback and iteration to continuously refine and enhance the user experience Multi-Platform Expertise Address UX challenges across multiple platforms creating scalable responsive and user-friendly design solutions that cater to diverse user needs Prototype Development Generate detailed prototypes wireframes storyboards user flows and process maps demonstrating proficiency with visual design and rapid prototyping tools Accessibility Standards Compliance Ensure design solutions comply with GUI accessibility standards including Section 508 and WCAG to create inclusive user experiences Stakeholder Communication Present design concepts and their rationale effectively to stakeholders incorporating feedback to iteratively improve and refine designs Industry Best Practices Stay current with UX UI trends and emerging technologies contributing innovative ideas that enhance the platforms user experience This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the user experience of a critical platform within Kyndryl If you are passionate about creating exceptional digital experiences and thrive in a collaborative environment we encourage you to apply Your Future at Kyndryl Kyndryl has a global footprint which means that as a Delivery Management Lead at Kyndryl you will have opportunities to work on projects and collaborate with colleagues from around the world This role is dynamic and influential -
