User Experience Writer

We are seeking a UX Writer with 4–5 years of experience to join our team and contribute to the goal of translating complex concepts into simple content.

You will become an integral part of the UX Content team. You will work with product content, help and other artefacts, writing in English and contributing to the localization processes. This is an exciting opportunity to influence user experience and shape content for industry-leading products

In this role collaboration is the key as you will work closely with a global team of Designers, Researchers, Product Managers, and internal stakeholders from Sweden, India, Poland, the US, and beyond.

Join our experienced UX Content team and help us shape our product content strategy in a friendly and supportive environment. You'll have the chance to work on complex projects, strategic initiatives, and make a real impact on the way we design and deliver content.

• You will be the owner of the content layer in one of our products. You will cater to all product needs, from writing in-product content, through Help articles to the Release Notes. You need to be ready for taking responsibility and driving initiatives that aim to improve the experience of the final users.
• Create and maintain clear, concise, and consistent user-interface copy based on user-interface specifications and UX writing guidelines.
• Advocate for users while understanding product and business goals.
• Stay up to date with UX writing practices and trends.
• Act as a subject matter expert and point of contact for UX writing.
• Provide feedback on writing and design.
• Be able to use the research data to prove the decisions and propose meaningful changes.
• Collaborate with UX Designers, UX Researchers, Product Owners, Developers to define requirements, manage projects, and incorporate stakeholders' feedback.

• Excellent English writing skills, with consistency, precision, detail orientation, and a minimal amount of information necessary to convey the message.
• 4–5 years of experience in UX Writing, Content design or similar areas. The relevant experience for the position is: UX Writing, Content Design, Technical Writing and Product Writing.
• Ability to understand and simplify complex, aftermarket and IT ideas and describe them in a simple way for the user.
• An ability to identify the content needs and prioritize them.
• Experience with creating enterprise web applications or SaaS products is a plus.
• At least basic knowledge of usability, navigation schemes, information architecture.
• Experience with user research is a plus. The skill of validating ideas with internal and external users is a must.
• Linguistic background would be a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a proven habit of excellent teamwork.
• Experience working in a cross-functional team and across the entire development lifecycle is a plus.
