What You'll Do

  • Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
  • Design intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications aligned with product and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring designs to life.
  • Ensure designs are consistent, accessible, and optimized for usability.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and best practices.
  • Iterate designs based on feedback and testing to improve user experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
  • Good understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability standards.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
  • Strong problem-solving, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have

  • Experience with motion design or micro-interactions.
  • Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
  • Experience working in agile product development environments.
  • Knowledge of accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
