Flooid is a product design and development that builds products that not only delight users but delivers business results. We work with a wide range of clients from start-ups to large enterprise companies like Swiggy, Centrum Wealth, Pine Labs, Netmeds, Markets Mojo, Edelweiss, Microsoft and many others. We are sector agnostic which means they work across a range of industries including Retail, Pharma, BFSI, Crypto & NFTs, Logistics, Education to name a few.

What we are looking for:

We're looking for curious UX Designers with 5-10 years of experience:

  • Your portfolio of 'real' work done for 'real' clients should be exhaustive and outstanding across mobile and web.
  • Must be able to conduct user research, define problems, create IAs, Wireframes and prototypes for large, complex projects
  • You should be proficient with the tools of our trade
  • Your communication should be prompt, to the point and frequent. You should also clearly be able to articulate your solutions and design decisions to key stakeholders and clients.
  • You should have the inclination to coach, mentor and guide 4-6 junior designers.
  • You should be self managed and a professional. Don't make us ping you for updates like 'what happened to that thing you were supposed to do?' or worse 'we are all waiting for you to join that call
