We are looking for an experienced User Experience (UX) Design Specialist to augment our dynamic team. The chosen candidate will support our newest projects, which are focusing on creating AI agents.

What you'll do :

In the role of a UX Designer, your duties will cut across various country specific projects. You'll closely partner with users to grasp their needs, design the user interface flow, and craft high-standard UI mock-ups and prototypes. An essential part of your role will also include liaising with developers and other internal stakeholders for the implementation of user interfaces. In addition, you will be expected to review the developed applications, ensuring adherence to and consistency in the UX development process.

Joining our Globalization Services UX team, you will be a part of a diverse, global UX community. The team's aim is to guarantee the SAP Fiori design system's consistent and conforming application. You'll closely coordinate with the team in adopting the Design Led Development (DLD) process. Moreover, you will contribute towards enhancing the UX maturity level within our organization, facilitating an efficient user-experience-focused culture

What You Bring :

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HCI, Human Factors, or Interaction Design.

• Have 3 - 4 years' experience in UX design, understanding the UX process like User Centered Design or Design Thinking.

• Proficient in UI prototyping tools such as Sketch or Figma.

• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills for effective communication and relationship building.
• Have experience with collaboration tools like FigJam or Mural.
• Familiar with agile methodologies and JIRA is beneficial.
• Basic understanding of tax reporting processes is a definitive plus
