Job description We are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Executive & Sales Professional to join our team and play a key role in driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and relationship-building skills, a solid understanding of IT solutions and services, and a passion for identifying opportunities and closing deals. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, consultative selling, and hands-on execution to expand our client base, manage key accounts, and achieve sales targets while representing our company with professionalism and integrity. Responsibilities: - Own the entire sales cycle prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close enterprise SaaS / AI solution deals. - Consistently hit and exceed targets no excuses. - Build strong, long-lasting relationships with decision-makers. - Understand client pain points and position our SaaS/AI products as must-have solutions. - Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding. - Keep your pipeline clean, forecast accurately, and deliver results every month. Qualifications: - 13 years of proven enterprise SaaS sales experience (AI/tech solutions background is a BIG plus). - A quota-crusher with a strong track record of exceeding targets. - At least a graduate MBA is cool, but what matters most is your hustle. - Confident, articulate, and persuasive communicator. - Hungry, ambitious, and ready to join immediately. - Comfortable selling to C-level execs and enterprise stakeholders. This role is ideal for a motivated, goal-oriented, and relationship-driven professional eager to make their mark in the IT industry.
