Job Description Job Description **Job Description** Position: Area Sales Manager Department: Sales - Particle Board Division Location: Delhi Reports To: Regional Sales Manager / Business Head Develop and expand the dealer/distributor network to strengthen market reach. Identify new business opportunities with OEMs, modular furniture manufacturers, and project clients. Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, and new product trends. Manage, motivate, and support channel partners to enhance sales performance. Ensure distributor ROI, stock planning, timely replenishment, and healthy inventory levels. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and carpenters. Conduct presentations, product demos, and technical sessions for influencers. Implement promotional schemes, campaigns, and branding initiatives as per marketing guidelines. Coordinate with internal teams including supply chain, logistics, finance, and customer service to ensure smooth order execution. Job Requirements Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to build relationships with channel partners and influencers. In-depth understanding of the wood panel industry, especially particle boards. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently. Good market intelligence and competitive analysis capabilities. Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
