
Customer Support Specialist

Our e-commerce business is growing fast new products, new campaigns, new customers every day. With that comes questions, concerns, returns, and the occasional "where's my order?" moment. That's where you come in.
We're looking for someone who can own the customer experience end-to-end: respond quickly, solve problems, track refunds/returns, and handle chargebacks making sure customers leave happy, not frustrated.
What you'll do
- Respond to customer inquiries with clear, empathetic answers (email, chat, phone)
- Track orders with the warehouse and keep customers updated
- Record returns & refunds in Notion/Sheets, keeping dashboards up to date
- Maintain logs for chargebacks, refunds, and returns so leadership has visibility
- Handle chargebacks and disputes: collect order records, proof of delivery, and file responses
- Spot suspicious activity and flag potential fraud early
- Create help articles, templates, and FAQs to improve the customer journey
What makes you a good fit
- Experience in customer support (e-commerce, SaaS, or DTC preferred)
- Skilled with tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, Notion, Google Sheets, or ClickUp
- Understands chargeback processes prevention and dispute handling
- Strong written communication: clear, human, and empathetic
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to stay calm under pressure
