Supporting Customer Success

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical support specialist to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software support and excellent communication skills. You will be working closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of customer inquiries and provide proactive solutions to prevent future issues.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote access

- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in technical support or information technology
- Strong knowledge of software applications and technical systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
