The Chef will be responsible for preparing diverse and high-quality dishes, creating innovative menu items, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Daily responsibilities include overseeing kitchen operations, managing food inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with the culinary team to provide exceptional dining experiences to guests. The role also involves maintaining a focus on quality, efficiency, and presentation. Qualifications - Skills in cooking techniques, food preparation, and understanding various cuisines. - Menu planning, creativity with recipes, and ability to develop innovative dishes. - Knowledge of food safety regulations, hygiene practices, and kitchen management. - Experience in leadership, team coordination, and managing kitchen staff effectively. - Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment. - Formal culinary training or certification is highly desirable. - Prior experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role in a hospitality setting is preferred.
