**Job Title: Chef de Partie (CDP)**

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Reports to**: CDP/DCDP

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Food Preparation**: Prepare and cook menu items according to the established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and high-quality taste.

**Section Management**: Oversee a specific section of the kitchen, such as grill, sauté, pastry, etc., and coordinate with other chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

**Quality Control**: Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, conducting regular checks to ensure that all dishes leaving the kitchen meet the restaurant's standards.

**Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the Head Chef, Sous Chef, and other kitchen staff to plan menus, create new dishes, and ensure effective communication within the culinary team.

**Training and Supervision**: Assist in the training and supervision of junior kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to the established cooking methods and safety standards.

**Inventory Management**: Monitor and control inventory levels for your section, ensuring that all necessary ingredients are available and alerting the Head Chef to reorder supplies when needed.

**Safety and Hygiene**: Adhere to all health and safety standards, including proper food handling and sanitation practices, to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

**Menu Development**: Contribute to menu planning and development, suggesting new ideas and improvements to keep the menu fresh and appealing to customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
