Role Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Channel Manager to lead our Home loan Sales function. This role will be pivotal in driving net sales and generating new revenue by acquiring and managing corporate clients & managing 100+ brokers. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in field sales, client acquisition, and management, with a proven track record of supporting business objectives through effective sales strategies and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Broker Acquisition: Identify, approach, and recruit real estate brokers to join the Home Loans CP program.
- Onboarding: Implement a comprehensive onboarding process, guiding brokers through program benefits and usage.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners, ensuring smooth coordination in lead transfer.
- Ongoing Engagement: Regularly interact with brokers to keep them actively engaged in the program.
- Loan Coordination: Coordinate with partner banks to facilitate the disbursement of loans.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage a portfolio of 80-100 brokers on a daily basis.
Skills & Experience:
- Sales Drive: Demonstrate a strong drive and high energy levels, with a proven ability to convert sales and achieve targets.
- B2B Sales Experience: Minimum of 1 year of field sales for home loan experience is required. Experience in the real estate sector is a plus.
- Follow-Up Skills: Exceptional in follow-ups and maintaining engagement with prospects and clients.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders. Comfortable presenting to executives and senior leadership.
- Pressure Handling: Capable of working under pressure and making decisions in unpredictable situations. Demonstrates innovative thinking to simplify complex problems.
- Networking Ability: Strong networking acumen with broker networks, particularly in the financial sector, to engage diverse client bases and achieve targeted goals.
- Role Model: Demonstrates unwavering work ethics and professionalism. Effectively develops self and team while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Customer Focus: Results-oriented approach with a focus on effectively managing key account relationships.
Education:
- A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
