We are looking to hire two energetic and driven Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to supercharge our outbound prospecting efforts and fuel the sales pipeline. If you enjoy building relationships, crafting creative outreach, and sparking meaningful conversations with prospects, this role is for you.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Own the top of the sales funnel — from generating leads to creating qualified opportunities (SQLs).
- Prospect into global e-commerce businesses, engaging owners and decision-makers to uncover challenges and demonstrate how our solutions can help.
- Write highly personalized cold emails and LinkedIn messages that stand out and grab attention.
- Conduct outbound cold calls with a consultative approach, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to prospects.
- Use creativity and experimentation to break through noise and secure conversations that convert.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 1+ years of experience in high-volume outbound prospecting (preferably at an SMB SaaS startup) — though not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect authentically over phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- A flair for creative writing — with examples of impactful cold emails/messages you’ve crafted.
- Natural curiosity and genuine interest in conversations with people.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — whether it’s selling products, tickets, or even ideas, you’ve enjoyed finding ways to convince and persuade.
