Job Description Job Type: Full-time / Part-time (flexible) Location: Remote / Bengaluru, India About Quenlix: At Quenlix, we build digital products (MVPs, web apps, mobile apps) for ambitious founders and companies. As an intern, you'll join us early and have real responsibility in the growth process. Role Overview: This is an internship role focusing purely on lead generation for our services. You'll help build lead lists, run outreach, book meetings, and support hand-off to the BDA/Founding team. Key Responsibilities: Research and build lists of target companies and decision-makers based on our ICP Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, messages & follow-ups Track responses, update CRM/pipeline, book discovery calls for the team Learn about software development services (web/mobile/MVP) and how our offering creates value Assist with campaign performance tracking and weekly reporting Required Skills & Profile: College student, recent graduate or someone looking to switch into tech sales/BD Strong communication (written & verbal English) Highly motivated, goal-oriented, ready to learn and grow Comfortable working remotely; familiar with using tools (Google Sheets/Excel, email) Compensation: Base stipend: 10,000 / month Variable bonus: 5,000 / month tied to outreach & booking KPIs Possibility to convert into full-time BDA with salary increase (18K-20K + variable) after performance review How to Apply: - Submit your CV + a short paragraph (2-3 lines) about why you're interested in startup sales and tech product services.
