IP Governance

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

- Responsible for all Infra related O&M Activities with all the IP Partners.
- Upgradation & Infra Support extension to internal Customers.
- Responsible for implementation of automation & cost-effective measures.
- Maintain Infra uptime as per defined SLA & driving various projects with IP Partners to maintain operations at Sites.
- Coordination with IP vendors for Infra uptime and signoff.
- Coordinate with project and optimization teams for new rollout and network KPI improvement.
- Support to BSS Team, coordination to achieve highest network availability of System.

Good communication and coordination skills

Hands on with Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint
