About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all Master Data Management activities for SAP projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive MDM strategies and roadmaps that drive data governance initiatives and improve overall data quality.
  • Lead the design and implementation of data governance frameworks and processes that ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Manage data migration and cutover activities for SAP S/4HANA projects, including Greenfield implementations, migrations, and rollouts, to minimize disruptions and maximize efficiency.
  • Develop and execute data migration plans that prioritize data accuracy, cleansing, transformation, and validation to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Establish best practices and data management capabilities that promote data quality, integrity, and reliability.
  • Define and enforce data management principles, policies, and lifecycle strategies that align with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
  • Ensure data compliance with regulatory and internal policies by implementing effective data controls and validation rules.
  • Collaborate with MDM Leads and stakeholders to drive data governance initiatives, develop training programs, and maintain documentation.
  • Develop and implement data quality metrics, monitoring, and reporting mechanisms to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement data quality controls and validation rules to detect and prevent errors.
Required Skills & Qualifications

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with the following skills and qualifications:

  • At least 7-10 years of experience in SAP Master Data Management.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, data migration, and rollouts, with expertise in data governance, lifecycle management, and compliance.
  • Ability to monitor data quality using metrics and reporting tools, with a proven track record of success.
  • Familiarity with KANBAN boards, ticketing tools, and dashboards, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to track and manage MDM objects, deliver on time, and work effectively in a team environment.
